Gene Kleinhendler
Gene Kleinhendler’s legal practice spans four decades. It has ranged from being an attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission to founding the GKH Law Offices, one of Israel’s leading multi-service law firms that presently comprises 170 attorneys.

Gene’s practice includes cross-border enforcement and regulatory investigations by the SEC, Israeli Securities Authority, Israeli Police, US Department of Justice, PCAOB and numerous investigations of bribery and corruption, securities fraud, embezzlement, money-laundering, bank fraud and other matters on behalf of organizations, audit committees, accounting firms and individuals.

Gene is a Board member of Transparency International – Israel.

Gene is admitted to the Israeli and New York State Bars.
Anna Adamsky
Anna Adamsky’s professional background spans government, corporate and non-profit sectors on both sides of the Atlantic.  In New York, she worked in the Corporate Restructuring department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, representing clients in cross-border troubled company mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and out-of-court restructurings.

In Israel, Anna worked at GKH Law Offices, advising emerging growth companies and strategic and financial investors on joint venture transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining GK Advisory, Anna served as the Director of International Relations and Development at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Israel’s premier contemporary art institution.

Anna is admitted to the New York State Bar.
